THE MAD WHIRL
Starring May McAvoy and Jack Mulhall
PHOTOPLAY
September, 1925

May McAvoy seems out of place in this tale of a jazz-mad family whose day begins with the cocktail hour. May is an ex-saloon keeper's daughter who reforms a gang of swell drinkers. What could be fairer? In spite of a lot of good old orgies, the film is fiercely moral. Will the audience please rise and sing "The Brewer's Big Horses Can't Ride Over Me"?
